What this program is
People younger than 21 can get medical care at Child Health Clinics or special clinics in hospitals. Children can get check-ups, shots, dental care, and more. Visit a Child Health Clinic to help your family stay healthy.
Who can get it
- For primary care services, youth need to bring a parent or guardian for the first visit. They can get a form signed so they can come by themselves for future visits.
